Am I Crazy?
I just saw this and it looked delicious. I must be on a post-Christmas sugar overload....

No not at all! That does look good! The day after Christmas instead of eating pizza with everyone else I ate about everything off of a veggie plate including what I am sure was an entire cucumber and two huge handfuls of grape tomatoes! Too much sugar= vegetable cravings! Who knew?

Cucumber sandwiches are DIVINE! I may have eaten one or five in a week. That's normal...right?!
That's why New Year's is the holiday of appetizers, right? =) Looks yummy to me!

Yummy... I am craving a HUGE salad after what I've been eating for the last week.
