1. you feel guilty for not staying on top of the birthday schedule
2. there's so much to catch up on you wouldn't know where to begin!
In the end, you wish you had called the day you remembered, late or not, and then it would have saved a lot of grief, catching up, and bad feelings.
So I am finally welcoming myself back into blog world. Welcome, me!
Right now we are currently amidst the pest control season and Kyle is working hard and I am staying busy with the kids, while also enjoying the benefits of our live-in nanny, Zoe. I signed Cade up for a preschool tumbling class and a Kid Rock class (singing, make believe class that is really fun!), each once a week. Parents were invited to the first Kid Rock class and I have to say, he is pretty darn cute! He's no teacher's pet, but he's not the class rebel either. He fits nicely in the middle of the pack as one who participates, listens, and then sometimes has his own agenda. He also says the dardest things!
***
Miss Jamie: Do see a mailbox on the wall
Kids: Yeeees
Miss Jaime: (to the class) Do you sometimes get mail in the mailbox?
Cade: Yes, i get black mail.
******
Miss Jaime: (to the class) What is an island?
Cade: Who is Jesus Christ?
Miss Jaime: Who is Jesus Christ? You are going to have to talk to your mom about that one.
It was pretty comical. Kyle and I are really racking our brains trying to think of how in the heck Cade formed the compound word, blackmail. I swear he has not been watching any of the Godfather movies.
here is my cutie son posing next to the Blueberry Strata--- i have finally gotten into baking again!!!

I'm dying of laughter... kids do say the darndest (is that a word?) things! It's probably a good thing that all Tyler knows is mama and dada.
I love the kid!!
How adorable! He's such a funny little guy...
