"Baby Daybis" is what Ruby calls my sister Rebecca's son, Davis
He is precious. In my church, about 6 weeks (or so) after a baby is welcomed into the family, the baby is given a blessing by a priesthood holder. Last Sunday Davis was blessed and we were lucky enough to attend.
I love living by family.
It was a really sweet blessing, but I feel bad because I forgot to bring a pen and paper to jot down the blessing. The Little Cousins (Bailey, Ruby, and Liam) were less than reverent during the blessing, so I don't know if Rebecca got to hear much of it. I hope so!
Later during sacrament meeting Rebecca saw me eying her baby. She asked if I wanted to hold Davis. YES PLEASE! I felt like I was hogging him because I had him pretty much the rest of the meeting. He was an angel.
Later we had a little luncheon at Becca's house. She and Jake fed us a delicious lunch. I easily inahled a dozen of her chocolate chip cookies.
Of course before we ate, we had to snap some family photos.
Aren't they beautiful?!
All of Bailey's cousins had a blast tearing apart her room playing together.
Ru and B discovering the joys of jumping on the bed. I'm bummed I didn't get a shot of their huge smiles or a video of their adorable laughter. Take my word for it. It was PRICELESS!
This guy is one awesome fella. Becca chose well!
B and her bicycle. So cute.
Aaaand lest I forget to mention, that same day, Rebecca Lee celebrated her 25th Birthday! I didn't get a birthday shot of her, but this is one of my favorites of her. No, that's not Ruby with a buzz cut. It's Cade. My, time has flown!!!
Hope your birthday was a good one, Goose! It doesn't seem fair that on your big day you host us in your home and feed us, but I sure did appreciate it. :)

Loved this post! You got so many great pictures! I'm stealing them if that's okay. :)
So crazy how much Rubes and Cade look alike. How fun!
